Natural Cures for Tinnitus
Since the doctors told me that my Tinnitus problem might be permanent and the solutions he’s offered me are vastly expensive and way out of my budget, I’ve done some searches online using forums and found a few natural cures for tinnitus. With so many seeming fake, since they’re almost too easy and affordable to be true, I’ve discovered these natural cures for ringing ears (Tinnitus) to work for many and decided to give it a try. It worked! It’s getting better each day and some days it’s gone completely, so I want to share my amazing discoveries here with you today since you’re sitting with the same annoying problem.
First, I suggest consulting your doctor to try and find causes of Tinnitus if you haven’t done so already or don’t know what’s caused this problem before taking my advice, because your condition might not be as severe as mine, or maybe even worse. One lady I came across in a popular forum for Tinnitus sufferers claimed that she had a constant ringing in her ears and couldn’t find a cure for ear ringing for nearly 10 years.
She said that she bought a cheap bottle of garlic oil pearls from a local pharmacy, threw one drop into the infected ear and the next morning the ringing which was bothering her for almost a decade, was completely gone. On average, looking at the replies to her remedy, this cure for ear ringing works for about 60-70% of people who have the same problem. She also states that the next morning there were black marks on her pillow since the garlic oil pearls extracted the wax which caused the problem, something which cannot be removed with a standard ear bud.
To add to the above mentioned cure, it’s suggested that you follow a diet which contains a lot of garlic, sea vegetables and kelp to keep the problem from returning. If you love pineapples, you can also use the following as a great excuse to eat more of it, as pineapples drastically decreases inflammation which will also prevent Tinnitus infection.
Another one of the natural cures for Tinnitus I found during my online search rampage, was apple cider vinegar. One drop in the infected ear before bed does the trick for about 55% of people if I had to guess, looking at the success stories. If these two don’t stop ringing ears for you, there are many other natural cures for Tinnitus out there, but these seem to be most effective if you ask me. Well, it worked for me at least, so I’m sure it’ll do the same
for you.
Here’s also some general advice on how to prevent Tinnitus from ever returning, posted by the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery:
- Limit Salt
intake (which impairs blood circulation) - Limit caffeine
intake (coffee, cola) - Limit tea and
tobacco intake - Daily exercise
and 8 hours sleep per night also helps - Avoid loud
noises and sounds
These are just basic precautions. Tinnitus Miracle can teach you all you need to know about how to eliminate your tinnitus problem.
